The AVL Group is privileged to have been selected as the
designer of the historic paint scheme for this 1888 building in Old
Town Portland.
The firm worked with members of the State
Historic Preservation Office, the Portland Development Commission, and
the building's Owner, John Beardsley, to achieve a scheme that would
retain the building's historic designation, attract visitors, and
improve visual appeal of the neighborhood.
Work completed in 2005.
